Review: I’m giving them a star just to write a review. I had the worst experience with them. We paid them 800 bucks to fix our ac and to this day it’s not working. Rene one of their techs completely quit on me once it was me he had to deal with. My wife is soft spoken and they took advantage of it . Once he had to deal with me he quit and said we would get a 500 dollar refund for not fixing our ac unit. That was a lie but they can keep the money now I just want to tell people of San Angelo this was one of the worst experiences with a company we’ve ever had

Review: In the past few months my AC went out and just this week my heater went out. Called my home warranty to have them send someone out and each time I was first assigned to Motili. They sent me time blocks to sign up for, to send someone out and both times no one showed on the days requested, and no one called to tell me. Then I was assigned to this company, WestTex Air. Within 24 hours they called me and were out that same day to see what the issues were. AC took a while for the parts but that isn’t their fault. As soon as they got the parts in, they were out the next day fixing it up for us. As for the furnace, they called me today and said they would try to make it out. Well they made it out AND got the furnace fixed. Just in time for the freeze tomorrow. Thank you so much! We will continue to give you our business.
