Review: Very impressed with the technicians that came to my home. Adam, Robert and Wayne we all very knowledgeable and professional. They answered all of my questions and took time to explain the details of each phase of the repairs. The office staff that I spoke to during the process were courteous and friendly. The entire experience was positive (including the price) and I will continue to use Total Assurance for all my heating and cooling needs going forward. Great work.

Review: Our a/c stopped cooling on a Thursday at 10pm. I called the company that we have a service contract with only to be told that they didn’t have anyone until the next morning. So, I called Eric, and he said a tech would be out before midnight. Wayne showed up at 11pm. House was 80f when he arrived. He replaced the capacitor, and the house was cooling right away. My husky mix (who just had surgery), and I were so thankful! After reviewing the receipt the next day, I noticed a charge that I didn’t understand. I called the office, and Kelsey listened to my concern and said she’d credit me back the charge. Outstanding customer service! Thank you to Eric, Wayne, Kelsey, and Bianca for your professionalism. I will definitely call Total Assurance again. Highly recommend!

Review: Total Assurance A/C & Heating Company was above and beyond. My A/C went out in the middle of the night. I called their 24/7 number in the middle of the night 12:45am and set up an appointment for 8:00am. The tech showed up on time fixed my issue, professionally and in a timely manner. I can’t express the professionalism expressed. Great job. I will recommend them to all my friends and contacts. Well done!!!

Review: We were so very pleased with our experience with Total Assurance, it’s almost shocking how quickly they responded to our call, they wasted no time either while they were diagnosing our AC. In less than an hour we knew what’s wrong with our AC, plan of action how to fix it and immediate quotes.
