Review: I am an automotive technician by career. I took my wife’s van up here to get a/c fixed since they are one of the few that are certified in the specialized red dot systems. Upon pick up I looked over the invoice. I approve the diagnostic even though I already knew what the problem was. I know how shops function and you have to verify the issues yourself. I have no issue with that. The issue is they charged 300 dollars to clean the secondary a/c unit’s condenser and evaporator. I crawled under the vehicle to look for myself as I always do to double check and make sure all the work was done and done properly. I find that the condenser was still covered in debris. (Pictures posted down below.) I take pictures and then show the service advisor that the all the services where not done. the service advisor then grabs the tech and tells him to go clean it. I’m watching as he opens the back where the evaporator is and he starts to clean that as well leading me to believe he never even completed those services in the first place. Had I not checked for myself and known what to look for I would have been charged money for services not done. The advisor did his job and made the go back over but it caused major delays as it should have been done when I came to pick it up. This unfortunately has caused me to doubt the services and quality of work having this been the first time using this shop.
UPDATE: the charges for the services were removed which I do appreciate, but it still put me an hour behind schedule. I’m still disappointed with the service. The technician that worked on it left his phone in the vehicle as well as some dirty rags, on top of that the seat was left soaking wet.

Very satisfied customer with the process and detailed explanation on how it worked. went back for internal issues and texas truck ac got it in and out the next day. highly recommend texas truck ac for all your apu and service needs. Review: Arriving at the service, they decided not to study the problem, said that everything was broken, everything needed to be replaced completely, the compressor, all the valves, everything together! and they rolled out a big bill. I refused. They said yes, fine, pay $200 for the check, I paid, came to another service, and there was no freon in the truck,!!! that is, they pumped out all the freon along with the oil!!! It is impossible to prove that they did it!! But mechanics know that the freon can evaporate, but the oil does not!!! Congratulations, you are on the black list of at least 15,000 truck drivers!

Review: I can’t thank Texas Truck AC enough! They got me in and out quickly, and their customer service was outstanding. I especially want to mention a gentleman named Jacob. Although I’m not sure of his exact role, he noticed that I was feeling stressed and took charge of my situation. He placed me at the front of the line and ensured I was back on the road in no time. I truly appreciate everyone who took the time to assist me, and I highly recommend this company!
