Review: Came to repair our a/c on a Wednesday, by Friday evening it was broke again. He returned on Saturday mid afternoon and stated that he thought when he came on Wednesday that it may have been something else and should have repaired it on Wednesday. Then became aggressive and began arguing with my spouse. Bad mouthed the warranty company that he contracts through (which is highly unprofessional). All was recorded in our Ring doorbell. Said that he would be back shortly to repair it and then canceled the work order. All after being paid on Wednesday for the service fee. He is so unprofessional. I would never refer Sebastian to repair. Due to unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge.
