Review: We just had Marco and Elmer over to trouble shoot a couple of issues we have with our Ruud air conditioner. We could not be more pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of these two. I have had issues with this unit several times in the past and when I called Texas Star, I requested someone with experience because I’m tired of dealing with this unit. They came out the same day within two hours and completely went through the entire unite and identified the issue in short time. If this type of service continues, there is no way I would ever call anyone else.

Review: Phenomenal service and very responsive. My A/C unit went down on Friday night of Labor Day weekend. I called Ron at Texas Star first thing Saturday morning, and he had my unit back up and running within two hours of the phone call! Ron is very responsive and gave me a great explanation of the work he was doing while he was doing it. He has definitely earned my business for the future, and I’ll certainly be pointing all my neighbors his direction when they need help.
