Review: Our AC was out for almost 2 weeks. My husband was going round and round with the AC company that we purchased our unit from, as well as our home warranty company, both in which didn’t seem to have any sense of urgency about our house being 87 degrees! One was claiming that they didn’t have any available techs to come out until the end of the month (which would’ve put us at 3 weeks with no AC), and the other was claiming issues with getting the part. Out of desperation, I posted a request for help on our neighborhood Facebook page and Doug responded almost immediately! He came out the next day, got us the part we needed and had his guys out to fix it within 24 hours. I was truly impressed with Dougs compassion and willingness to help. He proved that he truly cares about “people” and that is not easy to find these days. I’d say if you choose any other service than his, you’re crazy. This guy will truly take care of you!
