Review: What a fantastic experience with Texas Elite. Our ancient HVAC has needed multiple repairs every year for a while now. Ozzie and his wife were so friendly and informative in helping and quoting on a whole new system. They were near the most affordable price but what sold me on them was Ozzie. He’s so down to Earth and takes the time to answer every single question. I never once got the impression he was taking me for a ride or trying to squeeze me. We replaced an AC unit. They showed up when they said they would. All the technicians were extremely polite, professional, and considerate (they new they were working in someone’s home). The job was finished sooner that expected, explained what I needed to know, and cleaned up after themselves.
