Review: We recently had an issue with our AC system installed by Texas Air Doctors less than 2 years ago. The technician from TAD found it was a defective part causing the AC to not cool. The part was under warranty and he had a replacement on his truck but they quoted us $400 to replace a $30 part that would take him 30 minutes at most to install. This was on top of the $99 service call fee! We called another AC company who came out the same day and replaced the part for $145 total. We have paid TAD many thousands of dollars over the years for HVAC systems and services for our home and business. Needless to say we won’t be using them anymore.
