Review: My experience was positive at first and it began with just a routine maintenance check. However a couple months later my unit began to have issues with regulating air flow from upstairs and downstairs as it is a two-stage unit. I had called TAC to look at it and it happened to be on a weekend. I’m unsure who it was that came out, but $1,300 later I still did not have my problem fixed. In fact he diagnosed it to be a blower problem. When I consulted with a second party, he wasn’t even close. It turned out to be a malfunctioning Honeywell controller that regulates the dampers. $500 and problem solved. This company wanted well over $2,000 to replace a blower motor which wasn’t even the problem to begin with.
