Review: The contractor came to inspect and “fix” the HVAC problem of it blowing out cold air during the coldest time of the year, making a loud buzzing sound, and a paint scent. He claimed on the first visit he didn’t find anything but told my mom that he changed the coil. On the second visit he claimed that he checked the refrigerant and would replace the coil. He never fixed the problem. I’ve talked to his supervisor and he said it’s nothing he can do. They never tried to fix the problem. The supervisor never stated that he would come out and investigate and fix the problem. Horrible service and the contractor lied.
