Review: Excellent response. I had just received and placed a whole cow and pig into my garage commercial freezer when it started making a terrible noise from the compressor area. It also happened while we were expecting a hurricane to hit that night. I called on a Saturday morning and Craig showed up that afternoon. He did not have the part (a compressor motor) and had to find and order. He called me on Wed to get approval to order (it was expensive) and the following Wednesday he was back to install! I could not be more pleased that they were as concerned about my freezer going out as I was. Will definitely be recommending.
