Review: David Redd was the technician who just helped get my heater working prior to lower temps tonight. I have been using Mathews for 11 years and he is the best and most professional tech I have had to date, and the best I have had in 75 years of living in Texas (although A/C didn’t really exist in my childhood!). I hope if I need more help I get him or his clone again! His troubleshooting approach was impressive and successful.
