Review: I have been a VIP member for a year and have been so grateful for it. Alex has been the technician that has come on every one of my biannual systems check ups (3 times now) and he is very helpful, explains things in a way I understand, and given me peace of mind since my HVAC system is 30+ years old. This time he brought a new tech with him, Joey and they were both working on my system inside and outside simultaneously. Alex was very patient with my excited dog, patiently throwing the ball for him while he was cleaning the compressor outside on my unit. I especially love that I can text with the office to arrange appointments and Keyana even responded to one of my texts on Easter Sunday which I was not expecting! I had a last minute change to my schedule this morning and they accommodated me by having Alex come sooner than scheduled. They always call and text when they are on their way. Overall, I give Kerr County A/C & Heating 5+ stars for excellent customer service and satisfaction! It’s so rare to feel so well taken care of by businesses these days and I thought everyone who has been helping me since I started my VIP membership deserved a shoutout! Whoever owns and manages this local business is doing an excellent job!
