Review: Carlos was our technician and he couldn’t have been sweeter. We were taking advantage of a great offer from a flyer we had received for preventative maintenance on AC’s. Carlos was genuinely friendly, very thorough when explaining what he checked for, and noted anything of concern. Not the hard-sell ‘everything’s gotta go’ tactic, but just apparent signs of wear that could leave us w/o AC this summer.

They remind me of a great family-run business ‘back in the day’. Talking to a genuinely friendly office person to schedule, lots of reminders, a text that the tech was on his way the day of, fair pricing, etc.

We actually used them several years ago, but I had forgotten the name of the company. Could it have been any easier to remember?? Our AC was installed back in 1993 and didn’t seem well-maintained when we bought this house 6+ yrs ago. They had put out another flyer back then for flushing your entire AC system, plus more cleaning than I knew needed to be done. I believe that service is responsible for these extra years of it running like a BEAST! These preventative maintenance calls will only extend it’s life that much more. Thank you HVAC Experts, I won’t forget your name again!
