Review: I can not say enough good things about this business. A few years ago they installed our brand new ac unit and were extremely friendly, efficient, and all promises were kept. The unit has been working flawlessly.

But what has really impressed me is when we called them out just for simple maintenance before the summer hit they were again super nice, on time, explained everything they checked and didn’t charge us an arm and a leg. Complete professionals.

Just recently we had a leak in our ceiling that we thought was coming from the A/C unit. After filling our their online form I received a call in less than 10 minutes to schedule a next day morning appointment. This is on a holiday week, too! Talk about being on top of it and caring. Well, as it turns out I cancelled my appointment because we found out it was not an AC unit problem and we were able to fix it ourselves. But again, H Town AC Repair called to make sure we were good, even gave us a number for one of their plumbers in case we needed any assistance.

I’m not sure where they receive their training and customer service from, but it’s simply amazing. It is rare to find this in a company, much less in the home repair type business. Most places feel a bit sleazy but H Town AC Repair is the opposite. They feel like a partner that you can count on. They will continue to receive my business.
