Review: New home build unit is two years old and the TXV went out. I was quoted $785 and was told it would cost that much to repair because it was a five hour job to replace. The job only took less than two hours and I was still charged the rate of $785 for a five hour job. When I called the company to ask if I would still be charged the $785, the story changed and they said yes, that I was not being charged hourly, but a flat rate. That’s NOT what I was told on the phone when I said yes to the service. I was told the cost was because of the time of completion. I was also rudely told that I got lucky with them fixing it early. Do not just set up an appointment with this company before shopping around first! The owner of this company thinks we are all made of money and bleed it out.
