Review: John was wonderful. He greeted me courteously, put on shoe covers before entering and maintained a professional demeanor throughout the service call. His knowledge of the replacement (new model Lennox S40) allowed him to disconnect the old thermostat and replace it with the new efficiently. He was patient with me as I fumbled my way through the thermostat registration process. He guided us through the thermostat’s operation, answering all our questions. We were thoroughly satisfied with his customer service attitude and the skills he brought to the job.
