Review: Great service! Quick response, excellent communications through phone, SMS texting and email. The technician was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The fee was reasonable, and exactly as advertised (the invoice matched the quote we had received). This service provider was referred to us by our neighbor, who has several rental properties and has been using them for about 20 years. We were not disappointed. I highly recommend Extreme Comfort for all your A/C & Heating needs. Top notch!
I would like to add to my original comments. The technician who stopped by last week had explained that I might have to replace the damper motor if the valve failed again. As somewhat anticipated, it failed again over the weekend. So I decided to text Extreme Comfort first thing Monday morning around 6:00 AM. Then, not sure whether their business phone number had texting availability, I decided to also leave a voicemail. When I called their number at 6:30 AM, to my surprise Brent answered the call on the first ring, and informed me he was actually in the process of reading my text. He informed me that they could probably send a technician to my house the following morning to replace the motor and that I would get a phone call from Mark a little while later to confirm the technician’s visit. To my even bigger surprise, Mark’s call came in only about 10 minutes later, around 6:45 AM. Talk about efficiency, wow! The appointment was confirmed for the following morning, as promised. I was going to be the 2nd call of the day and I could expect the technician to show up around mid morning. Immediately following Mark’s phonecall, I received a text confirming that the technician visit was scheduled between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. At the same time, I received an email to further confirm the time and date of the appointment. Another text was also received later in the day as a reminder. I forgot to mention that when Mark called to schedule the technician’s visit, he also gave me a breakdown of the projected cost of the repairs. The next morning, the technicians (two of them) showed up at my door at 8:45 AM. They completed the job in about 30 minutes, showed me on their phone a picture of the work they had done in the attic, took my payment, informed me that the company owner had decided to give me a $100 discount off the initial estimate, gave me an invoice, and walked out the door. They had informed me I should have a copy of the invoice in my email. I checked my email, and sure enough, there were 3 messages from Extreme Comfort in my inbox: a thank you note for being a loyal customer, an invoice with a zero balance, and an official receipt of my credit card payment. Again, I was blown away by the company’s efficiency, quick service, outstanding communications and follow-up, expertise and competitive pricing. In just two service calls, they made a customer for life out of me.
Sorry this review was a bit lengthy, but I thought it would benefit other prospective customers to have a firsthand account of how this company is working as a well oiled machine of the service industry, quick, honest, professional, dedicated and customer friendly. A rare commodity in today’s market. I give them unequivocally a ‘5 star plus’ rating.

Review: I have been using Extreme Comfort for about 20 years, and have only GOOD things to say about management, Marc, and their service team; especially Humberto. Fair, dependable and exceptional in all business dealings I have had with them over the years. When you find a great A/C and Heating company, you stay with them. I think 20 years is a testament to how good Extreme Comfort‘s service is and how well they treat their customers.

These guys replaced my whole system and I will say I was surprised at the difference. It seems to be the best air conditioning I’ve ever had. Anywhere. My former AC was possibly the original from 1986 when my house was built. I knew there would be huge improvements, but not like this. I say that because it’s a two story 40 year old house with high ceilings downstairs. The old AC struggled constantly to heat equally and stay near the setpoint. I almost never hear the new one running, and the temperature hugs the setpoint all day long, when I leave an outside door open and then close it after some time, the cool down is minutes, not half an hour.
If it sounds like I’m just raving about equipment I am not. I did go with a more expensive 2-stage system, but I don’t think all those finer points would be what they are without the benefit of qualified installation.
Also noteworthy, I asked 4 different places for estimates and these guys were not the most expensive.
Also noteworthy, the manager tried to caution me from buying more than I needed. I didn’t listen, mostly because I wanted a higher efficiency. My point is, they seem to more about giving good service than making every dime they can.
