Review: We have used them before with good results however we were ripped off this time. Our parts for the repairs were covered by the warranty so they could not make a profit on them. We were told the labor would be $160 per hour. We paid that for the initial visit.
When it was repaired the technician was there one hour and thirty minutes. We were charged $85 for processing the warranty and $752.50 for labor, which is $500 per hour ! When I questioned that and told them the average hourly labor in Austin was $150-175 hourly I was told they are a smaller company and we needed to help cover their rent, utilities, truck payments and gasoline. I disagreed and he said ‘it is what it is”
I guess that’s what happens when trying to support a smaller local business, from now on I will use a larger more customer oriented company.
