Review: Let’s see where to begin 1st off their technician of 30 years thought that he knew what was wrong with my AC just by looking at it. When I told him we’ve changed multiple parts out he told me it was the condenser or compressor or whatever it is so I was gonna purchase a whole new unit. Thankfully we found another technician to come out and eat come out and he found the problem right away the problem was with the inside unit a fuse had blown. So when I call discount Air conditioning and heating They did not want to believe that their technician didn’t do the job. So of course I asked for a refund because I paid a $115 for a technician that was only there 5 minutes. When I called back the receptionist bless her little heart. Got her feelings hurt because I wanted the refund they hung up on me multiple times didn’t let me talk she thought I was being rude but not once did I cuss at her they just knew that their business was no good and their technician was no good I would not recommend these people to work with they are very rude especially the person that answers the phone I will be reporting It to the BBB.
