Review: My technician, Vincent, was great. However, this company is very shady. I called looking for quotes and they gave me a price only to call me the next day and say the the original price didn’t reflect the “emergency” surcharge an “industry standard.” I only picked this company as it was the same price as another originally and they could come the next day. In addition, they list coupons on their website that show no advertised restrictions. Turns out, the coupons aren’t accepted on non-business days. Would be nice to advertise that upfront as again I relied on the posted coupon in making a decision. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody.
