Review: I love that Comfort Masters stand behind their work. The first tech that came out was very nice, but he said he had cleaned the line, but he wasn’t very thorough. When I went to put things back under the sink, he didn’t tighten the connection correctly and water had leaked everywhere. Comfort Masters quickly sent another tech, R. Campbell (very competent), to check the line where he then cleaned out the lower line at the connection and took care of the leak. Then they had a cabinet guy replace the cabinet bottom that was damaged.
Now 7 months later my emergency overflow line is leaking again. I have only had this happen 3 times in 25 years, 2 were in the last 7 months. Comfort Masters sent a tech out the day I called and I was very happy it was R. Campbell. He quickly assessed and resolved this problem, again correcting what the other tech’s work where he had not installed a clean out on the p-trap, thus, all water was draining in the emergency overflow line.
I would definitely recommend Comfort Masters for all your HVAC issues because I have not come across a company that has great customer services like CM in decades. They have stood behind all their service and promptly resolved every issue I had with this one tech.
