Review: Used Baker Plumbing to fix what turned out to be a hose bib issue. Called for an appointment which was easy and the phone agent was friendly, efficient, and professional. They had same day availability and we scheduled an appointment.

The plumber arrived with 90 minutes and was was also professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

He indicated I needed a new hose bib issue and made the change out of the after my approval. Appointment lasted about 30 minutes.

Here’s the rub and the reason for only a three star rating. Including at reasonable $39 trip charge and $40 hose bib, the total cost was $391. Value isn’t there, the service was way over priced for what the work completed.
