Review: I can’t say whether this is a good company but my experience was good to start until I got a second opinion. I was quoted the dire as if I don’t go this route that it would be forever to get a replacement part but could install a new air handler but the price would exceed 11k. The repair part alone would be $ 4509 plus just to get the part but I found out the part only cost $1700. The issue I have is I was being tremendously overcharge. The fact that I was given worst case and not being honest with me calls me to question the integrity of the company. I am sure they do good work but the fact that I was told the price of parts that are truly much cheaper leads me to say doing business with this company is a risk. I am grateful for getting multiple quotes and now they are refusing to return my deposit. I have calked several times and the same thing continues to happen the office will contact you. Be careful when using this company. I don’t want to call any names but when they felt I was in distress the price drastically increased.
