Review: I have always used Aircon to service my AC system for the past 20 years but now are owned by Champion and Nash. My AC system was not turning on so i called and was able to get an appointment quickly but the service was atrocious. 6 hours and 800 dollars later my system was not running and was told i needed to have electrician run a new thermostat wire and potentially wire running to outside unit. I called another local HVAC company and they came out and had the issue properly diagnosed in 20 minutes. The issue ended up being a faulty coil in the heat pump contactor. I was charged 800 bucks to replace a control board that was not even bad. I dont know what happened. Aircon used to be reputable. Severely disappointed and upset that i paid 800 bucks for nothing.
