Review: Absolutely wonderful. I called Air Texas after my previous guy with an unrelated company missed multiple appointments. The owner personally answered my call and showed up to my first appointment. He was exceptionally generous with his time, serviced my units, and diagnosed the issue with my system. He also advised me to call Trane to have the repair done for free, and thus demonstrated strong integrity. Pricing is quite competitive and fair. Overall, this was a first rate experience, and the service was prompt, efficient, and honest. I feel this is a company I can trust, and will have them service all my maintenance needs going forward. I only wish I had called them the first time!
