Review: We have worked with AC Plus for over 3 years, and they have always been easy to work with. Very professional and courteous. Thomas takes the time to explain what he is doing and how the AC works and allows me to ask questions which is helpful to understand. He is thorough and only fixes what is broken. Although my system is 16 years old, I have never been pressured to buy a new one especially when an easy fix was possible. We highly recommend their service as someone you can trust.

Following up on my previous review, my husband & I have been very satisfied with Thomas and his crew members Abraham & Stephen. They are all very professional, do a superb job finding the problem and implementing a workable solution, and we highly recommend them for any A/C & Heating services you may need. They take extra care to identify the problems and are very thorough. They are all patient in explaining things so the customer can make an informed decision of how to proceed for any repairs needed. There have been occasions when we needed special requests, and they went out of their way to help us find a solution and even helped us locate a scent coming from an appliance rather than our A/C system. It is very nice to have a team you can fully trust! Most recently, we needed two A/C units moved over three feet, and the final result looked absolutely amazing. I am impressed with the professionalism of these wonderful people! I highly recommend them, and I would give them all 10 stars if the review site would let me.
